Winter Waters

Acrylic on rice paper collaged canvas. 30" x 24"

The rice paper was dipped in water and layered onto the canvas surfaces, creating an organic texture that more authentically captures the movement of water. Natural pine needles were placed over the paint to add texture and dimension to the subject surface.
